Wind Down Sunday Yoga

£7.00Wind Down Yoga is designed to help you wind down from the week behind you and make you feel good about the week ahead. This yoga will prepare you for a restful sleep which is all you need for a better Monday start. Be focused, positive and energised for the week ahead!
Enjoy a quick shower, slip into your comfortable loungewear, make a cup of herbal tea and zoom-in for the ultimate relaxation on your Sunday evening!
If you buy monthly unlimited you can participate in Rise and Shine Yoga with me from Monday to Friday 6:30am – 7:15am as well!
