Wednesday

  • Gentle Hatha Chair Yoga

Working with a chair is a useful tool and can help you access the movement and postures with ease.

Thursday

6.00pm – 7.15pm – Om Yoga Works

A class designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind, optimising the breath and energising the body.

7.30pm – 9.00pm – Om Yoga Works

Two different yoga on Thursday nights altering them each week, one will be hatha yoga and the alternate week will be yin yang yoga.

Saturday

  • HIIT Yoga
